Your Functional movement assessment is 1 on 1 completed virtually.  I analyze your movement as I am a physical therapist and an expert in determining movement faults or areas of weakness that may be holding your back. Great for any fitness level from beginner to advance, age and gender.

Frequency determined after initial evaluation is completed and both client and therapist agree that physical therapy is the best fit. This one-on-one treatment session is based on initial evaluation findings with an individualized program that may include a combination of the following: progressive therapeutic exercises, lifestyle medicine, posture and body mechanics education and/or manual therapy. 

In person, hands on body recovery session which may include any/or a combination of the following: 

assisted stretching, myofascial cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and mobility exercises.
