Sessions vary in time starting at 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
Currently Blue Cross and Blue Shield is accepted for physical therapy clients only. (Some restrictions apply). All services including wellness, recovery and concierge physical therapy are cash based.
Online fitness and Health coaching is designed to help the woman who prioritizes everyone else but herself. It is designed with effective time efficient workouts with health habit reminders and nutritional guidance all in the convenience of an app. Complete anytime anywhere including your home. Great for women over 30 who may also live with joint pain, weakness or other health issues and will benefit from expert guided care. Physical therapy is great for any adult with joint pain, headaches, tension or who wants to prevent injury.
